Solid cast polyurethane elastomer wheels are similar to solid poly wheels but offer higher capacities, have excellent impact strength, abrasion resistance & compression resistance. The polyurethane elastomer tread is mechanically locked to a glass filled nylon core which greatly decreases the chance of tread de-bonding failures. They are easy to start rolling & offer a smooth ride. These wheels are 100% washable, steam cleanable & chemical resistant.

These wheels are often used in places poly on metal core wheels cannot be used or if more capacity & durability is needed compared to the other polyurethane wheels.

* Our kingpinless swivel caster rigs outlast traditional kingpin designs by preventing stretch-induced plate & fork separation. Providing more durability & more capacity (depending on the wheel) while reducing downtime & replacements.

* This brake kit has a maximum temperature rating of 180°F due to its plastic pedal construction.

* This face contact brake is not compatible with all casters. However, we've found this particular caster to be one of the few that pairs effectively with it. These brakes are not intended for use on slopes or inclined surfaces. Excessive force or pushing against the wheel may reduce braking effectiveness or cause slippage.
