Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship the same day or next business day for in stock items. Each product will have its availability listed under the part number. For example, you might see "Availability: Usually ships in 24-48 hours". Items with this availability listed are typically our stock items. If we are out of stock or not able to ship in the specified time listed on the product, a member of our team will reach out to let you know the current lead time to ship.

If you must have an order delivered by a certain date, please call or note this on the order. 

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes, we can offer expedited shipping on many products. Expedited orders include any Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3 Day Select services from either UPS or FedEx.

The cutoff time for expedited orders is 12pm CST. If an expedited order is placed after this, we will make every effort to still ship your order that day, however, most orders will ship the following day.

Example of expedited shipment times are below:

Next Day Air - Package would be delivered the next business day after it ships - If shipped on January 1st, it would arrive on January 2nd.

2nd Day Air - Package would be delivered two business days after is ships - If shipped on January 1st it would arrive January 3rd

3 Day Select - Package would be delivered three business days after it ships - If shipped January 1st it would arrive January 4th.

Ground - Ground shipments will arrive 1-5 business days after the package is shipped.

Why don't you offer free freight?

Many of us have become accustomed to seeing free freight options when ordering online, so you might be wondering why we don't offer a free freight option. The short story is freight is being paid by the customer either way. Free freight models simply built it into the price of the product. With large, heavy items like we provide, most often the customer comes out on the losing end, actually paying more in total.

Our goal is not to overcharge for freight. We use real-time rates from our carriers, so the customer pays the actual freight amount. Until we can find a free freight option that is fair to our customers, we feel this is the best option.

Can we use our own freight account?

Yes, we are happy to use your UPS or FedEx account. In the shopping cart there is a section labeled "Note to Mapp Caster". Please provide your UPS or FedEx account number here along with the zip code associated to the account. During the checkout process you will be forced to select a paid freight method. Select the least expensive option and we will refund the freight before shipping the order.

hOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY ORDER AFTER IT SHIPS?

Orders typically arrive in 1 - 5 business days after they have shipped when ground service is selected. Most order ship from our Houston, Texas warehouse. Below is a map of estimated delivery times from UPS. FedEx and USPS may differ some, but this will give you a general idea.

Where Do you ship & do you ship internationally?

Domestically we ship to the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Internationally we ship to Canada. Please note, Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, or UPS brokerage fees associated with the shipment. These fees will be in addition to any shipping charges collect by Mapp Caster.

If you are located outside of the US, we would be happy to send your shipment to your freight forwarder located in the continental US.
