Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates provided on our website or during checkout are estimates and not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other events.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for being available to receive your shipment when necessary.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order on delivery. Any shortages, shipping errors, damaged items, or other discrepancies must be reported to Mapp Caster & Supply, Inc. within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the shipment.

Claims submitted after this 14-day period may be more difficult for us to investigate and may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or other corrective action, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

To help us investigate and resolve issues promptly, please retain all original packaging and provide your order number along with photographs of the shipment and products when applicable.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and applicable eligibility requirements are governed by our Returns Policy.

Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of purchase for in-store purchases or within 30 days of receiving shipped items, subject to the requirements, exclusions, and other conditions stated in that policy.
