This twin wheel furniture caster works great on chairs and other light duty applications. The nylon wheels works best on carpet, but will work on all floor surfaces. For floors that need to be protected, such as hardwood or marble, please select the furniture casters marked with "floor protective" in either the title or description. The website with pictures and dimensions were extremely clear and easy to match up with the existing casters. The three replaced fit perfectly level with the original two that weren’t broken. I would not hesitate to use this company again should the need arise.
