This caster is designed to replace the casters on Stryker 3150 U-Base Overbed tables. It's sold without the stem, which makes replacement much easier. Stryker's overbed tables come standard with a caster mounted to a square plate secured by rivets (Stryker part# 3150-001-200). Instead of removing rivets and adding them back, you simply detach the old caster body from the stem and snap this one on in its place, saving significant time and effort.
