I ordered multiple carts in the past

I ordered multiple cart in the past. But for some reason this mosrt recent order I just made, they all showed up disassembled and a complete ly different material and quality. Very let down that production has changed or something changed along the line past few months. My first order was amazing. The second order very let down with the expectations.

I want to reassure you on a couple of things. First, the material and quality haven't changed at all between your orders. It's the exact same product line and specs you received the first time around. Nothing has shifted on our end in terms of sourcing or manufacturing.

One thing to clarify: When customers order just a few pieces, we're often able to ship the casters pre-installed without any real difference in freight cost. But on larger orders, it's much more cost-effective for freight if the casters ship separately rather than installed. That's why this most recent order came with the casters uninstalled, and it's actually noted in the product listing so customers know what to expect before ordering.

I really appreciate you flagging this, though, because it's clear the difference caught you off guard, and that's on us to communicate better.
