This premium polyurethane on iron caster offers the highest capacity in its class. Featuring precision ball bearings for smoother rolling, it provides superior floor protection, non-marking treads, and quieter operation. With capacities on par with ductile steel, this caster delivers exceptional performance. However, it’s not recommended for extreme temperatures or extended exposure to direct sunlight.

Poly on Iron wheels come in various colors, tread thicknesses, and durometers to suit your needs. While color doesn’t impact performance, tread thickness and durometer do.

* Our kingpinless swivel caster rigs outlast traditional kingpin designs by preventing stretch-induced plate & fork separation. Providing more durability & more capacity (depending on the wheel) while reducing downtime & replacements.

* This brake kit has a maximum temperature rating of 180°F due to its plastic pedal construction.

* This face contact brake is not compatible with all casters. However, we've found this particular caster to be one of the few that pairs effectively with it. These brakes are not intended for use on slopes or inclined surfaces. Excessive force or pushing against the wheel may reduce braking effectiveness or cause slippage.
