The caster was a better quality than the one I was trying to replace

The caster was a better quality than the one I was trying to replace. Unfortunately do to my incompetence, the plate drilling wasn't off in one dimension and I didn't catch it before ordering. I returned it and the service was great. I ate some money but it was totally my fault...
