The CG-MAX polyurethane on aluminum caster wheel is engineered for maximum efficiency, durability & ergonomic performance in demanding applications. Its advanced polyurethane tread is chemically & mechanically bonded to the aluminum core, eliminating tread separation & extending service life. The 95A durometer reduces rolling resistance for easier starts, lower push force & more efficient movement under load. A lightweight aluminum core provides strength without excess weight, and the round (crowned) tread profile ensures smooth, consistent rolling—making it an ideal choice for warehousing, manufacturing & material handling applications where performance & longevity matter.

* This caster is also rated for low speed towing. For towing applications, a kingpinless swivel caster rig is more ideal & recommended for its added strength, capacity & durability.

Poly on Aluminum wheels come in variety of colors, tread shapes & durometer to meet your application needs. While the color doesn’t affect performance, the tread shape & durometer will. Crowned (round) wheels minimize friction enabling the wheels to turn easier & require less effort to begin and maintain rolling compared to flat treads. The durometer affects the amount of cushion provided.
