5" x 2" Solid Polyurethane Elastomer Caster Wheel - Part # LHU50JI64

Solid cast polyurethane elastomer wheels are similar to solid poly wheels but offer the higher capacities. These wheels are 100% washable, steam cleanable, and chemical resistant. These wheels have excellent impact strength, abrasion resistance, and compression resistance. They are easy to start rolling and offer a smooth ride. The polyurethane elastomer tread is mechanically locked to a glass filled nylon core which greatly decreases the chance of tread de-bonding failures. These wheels are often used in places poly on metal core wheels cannot be used or if more capacity & durability is needed compared to the other polyurethane wheels.

Also like the solid poly wheels you will pay more upfront for this wheel but you will not have to worry about the tread de-bonding which means less down time & maintenance. This will add up to serious savings over the life of the caster.
