Retort wheels are made out of heavy duty plastic & are designed to not crack or chip. They are commonly used in food facilities, such as meat packing plants because of their color & traits. These wheels are lightweight yet hold high weight capacities & are also non-marking. They also are washable, steam cleanable, impervious to water & highly resistant to solvents, oils, grease, most chemicals & cleaning solutions. These wheels are similar to polyolefin & nylon wheels but offer a higher temperature rating.
