Pneumatic (Air) wheels provide a smooth cushioned ride and roll easily over debris and small obstacles. The wide tread face also makes these wheels popular for use on grass, dirt, and sand. Some common places you might see these casters is on marching band equipment and street vending carts. Because these wheels are filled with air, they are vulnerable to going flat. Separate tubes and tires can be purchased to fix flats.
