The CG-MAX polyurethane on aluminum caster wheel is engineered for maximum efficiency, durability & ergonomic performance in demanding applications. Its advanced polyurethane tread is chemically & mechanically bonded to the aluminum core, eliminating tread separation & extending service life. The 95A durometer reduces rolling resistance for easier starts, lower push force & more efficient movement under load. A lightweight aluminum core provides strength without excess weight, and the round (crowned) tread profile ensures smooth, consistent rolling—making it an ideal choice for warehousing, manufacturing & material handling applications where performance & longevity matter.
* This caster is rated for low-speed towing. We recommend pairing this rigid caster with the equivalent Kingpinless swivel caster if you plan to utilize this caster for towing. It will give your other casters more strength, durability & decrease replacements & downtime.
Poly on Aluminum wheels come in variety of colors, tread shapes & durometer to meet your application needs. While the color doesn’t affect performance, the shape & durometer will. Crowned wheels minimize friction enabling the wheels to turn easier & require less effort to begin and maintain rolling compared to flat treads. The durometer affects the amount of cushion provided.
