Orange Polyurethane on Aluminum Casters - Better Performance (Medium-Duty)

Our orange polyurethane on aluminum caster wheels utilize heavy duty ball bearings for smoother rolling & reduced effort under load. The crowned tread design improves maneuverability & helps the caster pivot more easily. The lightweight aluminum core provides excellent floor protection, corrosion resistance & durability in wet or washdown environments. Aluminum will not rust like iron, making these wheels ideal for moisture & chemical exposure while still offering capacities close to poly on iron wheels. Some casters also feature a kingpinless swivel section designed for significantly longer service life, improved durability & to maximize capacity.

For more cost savings, we recommend our standard poly on aluminum casters or our poly on polyolefin (plastic) casters. For even better corrosion resistance & zero rusting, we recommend our solid polyurethane casters or solid polyurethane elasomer for when you need even more capacity.
