Soft rubber wheels are economically priced and are recommended for applications that don’t require high capacities or non-marking treads. The rubber treads provide good floor protection, semi-cushioned ride, and quiet rolling. They also work well in outdoor environments and roll well over small debris, rough floors, cracks, and floor joints.

*We would not recommend soft rubber wheels for applications that require sitting in one spot for long periods of time under load as it can lead to flat spotting.

This caster features an all-steel top lock brake that performs well in a wide range of applications, including those involving heat. The side-mounted brake pedal provides a more compact design than face contact & total lock brakes. The compact design minimizes the swivel radius, allowing the caster to spin freely 360 degrees with minimal obstruction. Casters with front-mounted brake pedals require more clearance to achieve full rotation.
