Polyurethane casters are engineered to carry high load capacities without compromising floor protection. A great alternative to steel. The resilient tread helps prevent scuffing, scratching, & surface damage, even under heavy use. This makes them an excellent choice for both industrial & commercial environments where performance & appearance matter. Commonly used in warehouses, grocery stores, airports, construction sites & in the garbage industry (dumpsters). Customize any caster with brakes, bearings, seals & swivel locks. We also offer hardware & mounting plates for a complete setup. While polyurethane is highly versatile, its lifespan can be reduced by extreme temperatures combined with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. We recommend composite & resins casters or even our steel casters for those environements to get the most out of your casters.

Polyurethane on Iron

The iron core is the structural backbone of a polyurethane on iron caster wheels & is the primary reason these wheels achieve the highest load ratings. Unlike plastic or aluminum hubs, iron has significantly greater compressive & tensile strength, allowing it to withstand heavy static & dynamic loads without flexing or deforming. Provides excellent floor protection. All casters are customizeable to meet you needs.

Polyurethane on
Polyolefin

Polyurethane on polyofein caster wheels use a polyolefin (plastic) core instead of iron, or aluminum for cost savings. This provides a wheel that is capable of carrying more capacity than rubber casters that protects your floors. Because these wheel treads are only mechanically bonded, they have reduced resistance to water & chemicals, though still more than polyurethane on iron.
