Socket Installation

Installation method depends on the type of socket used. 

For metal sockets, start by drilling a pilot hole into the wooden object, ensuring it is long and wide enough for a proper fit. 

  • For nail-in metal sockets, hammer the socket in so that the teeth securely dig into the wood.

  • For screw-in metal sockets, place the socket into the hole and drill in wood screws to secure it firmly. 

For plastic sockets, simply select the appropriate size and hand press them into place.

Proper installation ensures a strong and stable attachment for your casters.

Caster Installation

To install casters, simply hand press them into their corresponding sockets until they are firmly seated against the swivel section. Ensure they fit securely and are pressed fully in to provide stable support and optimal mobility.
